The Cumberland, London Hotel

The rooms at The Cumberland were a cozy retreat from the bustling London streets. The modern amenities like the walk-in power shower and comfortable beds made me feel relaxed and at home. The fast Wi-Fi and complimentary mineral water were nice touches for a tech-savvy beach lover like me.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit too chilly for my liking.

At The Cumberland, London, the staff helped with printing when I first stayed. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and more. I'm returning for another trip.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the family room with two double beds, ideal for three adults. The location next to Marble Arch tube station was perfect, and the hotel offered a good buffet breakfast.

We stayed at a hotel located in a great area, close to many attractions and a Market restaurant where we had a nice meal. However, we weren't able to visit all the monuments due to time constraints. The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast had a good variety of options.

The hotel had a very unpleasant odor in the reception and hallways, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy the stay.

This hotel is in a prime location, right beside Marble Arch tube station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the monuments and sights in the center of the city. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast selection is excellent, offering a variety of choices to suit all tastes.

The elevators can be quite slow and sometimes out of service, causing long queues and inconvenience for guests.

Great location near Marble Arch station and Mayfair. The room wasnice and neat with good wifi. We had a small issue with the shower, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

I chose this hotel for a roundtable discussion due to its central location and fully-equipped meeting spaces. The variety of meeting rooms, including the Green and Blue Zones, was suitable for our business needs and could accommodate different event sizes.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business concierge to assist with any last-minute arrangements or logistical support.

Our stay at Great Cumberland Place was fantastic! We were in London for a special occasion and stayed for two nights. The location was ideal, with the hotel conveniently located above Marble Arch Central Line tube station and just a short taxi ride away from Paddington. Mayfair was also just a few meters away. The recently renovated rooms were pleasant and the bedding was comfortable. The shower was great, the wifi was reliable, and having an espresso coffee machine was a nice touch. We were impressed by the helpfulness of Jose at the reception, who allowed us to check in early and even arranged a surprise for the two birthday girls in our group. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit, so we didn't even need to use public transport. a great central location and lovely rooms made our stay enjoyable.

I had a great experience during my New Year stay. The staff was friendly and even called me after I left to ask about my stay, a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to all the key landmarks and attractions. the room was lovely and recently refurbished, providing a comfortable and modern atmosphere.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with convenient access to public transport and shopping.

I had such a lovely stay here! The location was unbeatable - I was able to easily visit all the monuments and explore the main area, and there was a tube station right here. The staff at reception desk were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was just right. I was impressed by the quality of the room amenities like ironing facilities, in-room safe, and free toiletries. I also appreciated the leisure facilities like the jacuzzi and live entertainment or facilities like Wi-Fi and express check-in/out.

Although this place is definitely great for families, the variety of fresh fruit offered could have been improved. Other than that, I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

We loved the central location of the hotel which was close to everything including Hyde Park and the Marble Arch tube station. The hotel facilities were also excellent with modern and aesthetically pleasing interiors. the staff was approachable and friendly , made our check-in and check-out process very speedy and pleasant. Lastly, we enjoyed the breakfast which was excellent.

The Great Cumberland Place Hotel was a delightful base for exploring London. Close to Oxford Street and other famous shops, it was the perfect choice. The conference venues were also great for meetings and events.

The lifts were a constant joy with their frequent breakdowns.
